Reader Reviews These compasses were cheap enough to purchase as a classroom set, and they certainly serve well enough for most student uses, but I have a few personal complaints: The plastic clip which grips the pencil doesn't pinch firmly enough, and thus you can actually push the pencil up while using the compass. Also, the hinge of the compass could be tighter, as once again it is easy to accidentally change the radius while the compass is in use. Comment | | (Report this)
