Topics include simulation and testability, as well as circuit design and low-level architecture. Subjects range widely, and the level of presentation is very deep. As a result, only occasional papers address the needs of any reader. Even if a paper not directly on target for you, it's still good background material. It keeps you aware of what's going on in the field, and fills your mind with the seeds of ideas you'll need next year or the year after.
