Reader Reviews Most engineering books provide thorough mathematical details that are intended to provide depth on the subject matter. Often times, the fundamentals are drowned in calculations that may not be of relevance, or perhaps do not add any value to the course, especially if it's intended to be introductory. This book does a great job in presenting Power Engineering concepts in a clear and concise fashion. I highly recommend this book if you're new to power systems, or if you wish to polish your knowledge of the fundamentals. Definitely a must have! I haven't found a hardcover print yet, though.
